Design A Cuisine celebrates one year of operation on September 13th 2011. Thanks to the inspiration of Guruji Sri Sri Poonamji (http://www.srisripoonamji.com/)
, this has been a tremendous first year that has exceeded our wildest expectations. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and to those who have made it possible. These include our friends in the media, partners in the food and beverage industry, Government partners, clients, volunteers and well-wishers in the community.We would like to say a big THANK YOU WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU.
This special One-Year Anniversary edition will recap some of the highlights of the year gone by, as well as upcoming events and initiatives for Design A Cuisine. While we are structured as a business, our work also involves informing the public about healthy and healing food choices in their daily diet.

Holistic Cooking Demonstration at the Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel, Singapore
Singapore’s famous Carousel Restaurant at the Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel invited Chef Yogesh to prepare a feast of holistic Indian preparations for their diners. The event also included a holistic cooking master class for hotel patrons, which was well received. Launching the Indian Kitchen at the Swiss Club, Singapore

Launching the Design A Cuisine Cooking Class Series
As part of informing chefs of all skill-sets about holistic food, Design A Cuisine launched a Cooking Class Series this year, spearheaded by our Chef Yogesh.
Bringing his years of experience as Chef to heads of state and international public figures, Chef Yogesh hosted various classes at the Design A Cuisine studio kitchen, as well as at offsite partners, such as the Palate Sensations Cooking School, Swiss Club, British Club and Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel in Singapore.

Singapore Symphony Orchestra Charity Golf Tournament

It was an honour for Design A Cuisine to partner with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra to cater for the Orchestra’s charity golf tournament. We are grateful for the continued support of the SSO and the opportunity it provided for Design A Cuisine to showcase its holistic creations to the participants.

Chef Yogesh delivers his presentation at TEDx Kuala Lumpur
Chef Yogesh was invited to address an audience at the famous TED platform, addressing an audience at TEDx Kuala Lumpur. Chef Yogesh joined a panel of inspiring speakers to share the ancient secrets of holistic cuisine which he has learned from his Guru Sri Sri Poonamji . Design A Cuisine was part of the 'World's Longest Table,' which seated 550 diners in the Little India district of Singapore. The event was organised as part of Design A Cuisine's participation in the Singapore Food Festival 2011.

Chef Yogesh was invited to deliver a presentation on the healing benefits of holistic food at the Medical Fair 2011 in Asia.
