Opening the night with a humorous speech!

Design A Cuisine's Chef Yogesh Arora served up a ritzy night filled with fine dine a la holistic style that was carefully paired with a selection of wines. It was an exclusive, one of a kind experience. The unique pairing of fine Indian food and range of wines delighted patrons and proved to be a hit!


Chef Yogesh opened the night with an enlightening speech about wine's actual Indian origins. Patrons were treated course after a course of wholesome, holistic Indian cuisine and delicious wines that complemented the flavours of the meal.


Chef Yogesh was also delighted to have met Asian celebrity, Moses Lim who's a well known face amongst Singaporeans, particularly for his role in popular Singaporean sitcom, Under One Roof. The event was graced by The British High Commissioner, Mr. Antony Phillipson and Indian High Commissioner, Mr. T.C.A. Raghavan.

It was successful event in which Design A Cuisine was able to prove that healthy cuisine is far from bland, and eating to heal can be more fun than you think!
